Recognising a need for high quality helicopter services, Mohamed Al Fayed established Air Harrods in 1996. He was resolute about the level of professionalism the company would provide, and it’s this that has seen the business gain a firm reputation for excellence.

Mohamed ensured safety, comfort, and impeccable design was at the top of its agenda. Based at London Stansted,  Air Harrods helicopters were fitted with the very latest technology and immaculately styled interiors, and its dedication to service won it a loyal client base.

Mohamed was Chairman of the Harrods Group until 2010, when he sold the business.
