Mohamed Al Fayed wanted a place the busy London shopper could rely on for all the essentials…with just a little bit extra. The result saw the 2006 launch of Harrods 102. It carries everything from simple groceries and fresh delicatessen treats to thoughtful little extras like hand-finished dry-cleaning and a concierge servce.
