Camilla Al Fayed

Camilla Al Fayed

Camilla Al Fayed has been working with her father’s charities since 2006 and has since become a trustee.  She has taken on the role of Young Persons Ambassador at The Evelina Children's Hospital, children's hospices CHASE and Shooting Star, and The New School at West Heath amongst others.

As well as being Ambassador for the charities, Camilla also raises funds through hosting events such as the Ava Clarke Foundation where she, along with Natasha Clarke raised enough money to purchase the next generation tantum spectrometer for The Evelina Hospital.  This machine diagnoses a range of genetic disorders from a one blood prick test, enhancing a child’s chance of survival.

Camilla hopes to improve the lives of the children she works with and understand their needs by making regular visits and taking action on the children’s necessities.

Lawnfest

For the third year running, Camilla organised and hosted Lawnfest, a Music and Arts event that raises both funds and public awareness of The New School at West Heath. The school uses specialist education to help severely emotionally abused children get their lives back to a sense of normality and needs to raise funds to create much needed bursaries to help even more children. Please visit www.lawnfest.co.uk for further information.
